Fantastic 180 degree beach and Channel Island views from all three balconies of the Dolphin Den. Located directly on the sand at Miramar Beach, the most private and desirable beach in Montecito, this home is ultra comfortable and feels like living inside a luxurious wooden ship.

Specifically designed for vacation rentals, this Three Story home has Four Beds and Two Baths which sleeps 8 easily. You can step outside the bottom floor right onto the sand. Wake up to an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the lapping of the waves only a few yards from your bedroom. Kick back in your beach chair using our Wireless Broadband while your children play in the gentle surf. BBQ on the beach just steps from the door with your wife and children gazing lovingly at you.

The Dolphin Den is a uniquely hand crafted home that is constantly being upgraded. The walls are hand plastered with custom Teak cabinets, Teak furniture, Granite counter tops, and heated floors. The house is full of dolphin sculptures, ocean paintings, antique surfboards, pottery, surf art and a vintage coral collection. Each floor has sweeping beach views and new Hi Definition Plasma Televisions. The kitchen has two new full-size fridge and freezer units and a new stainless oven, stove and microwave. This house is meticulously maintained and all linens, towels and kitchen utensils are in mint condition.

SUMMER 2009 RATES:

Minimum rental period is 7 nights.

Available starting June 12 to September 8.

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.

No other dates in 2009 are available.

June 12 to June 30 is $500 per night.

July 1 to July 31 is $800 per night.

August 1 to September 8 is $1,000 per night.

10% County of SB Transient Occupancy Tax.

All rentals have a cleaning charge of $250.

The cleaning deposit is non-refundable and due at time of payment.

A refundable damage deposit of $2,000 is due at time of payment.

Check-in time for weekly rentals is 4 P.M. and check-out time is 11 A.M. unless special arrangements are made in advance.

All our windows are solar-reflective tinted and dual-glazed for maximum privacy and thermal efficiency.
