• There is a bathroom with shower and this floor has direct access to the beach.

Welcome to the Dolphin Den

We are fully booked for 2008 but are now taking reservations for the Summer of 2009.

Available starting June 12th, 2009 to September 8th, 2009.

No other dates in 2009 are available.

June 12, 2009-June 30, 2009-$600 per night-Plus 10% 'bed tax'.

July 2009-$1,200 per night-Plus 10% bed tax OR $30,000 for the month (no bed tax).

Aug. 2009-$1,200 per night-Plus 10% bed tax OR $30,000 for the month (no bed tax).

Sept.1, 2009-Sept.8, 2009-$1,200 per night-Plus 10% 'bed tax'.

Santa Barbara County makes us charge a 10% bed tax for rentals 30 days or less.

July and August of 2009 are 31 days so no bed tax is collected by us if you stay for 31 days.

The minimum rental period is 7 nights and priority will be given to multiple week or monthly rentals.

Specifically designed for vacation rentals, this Three Story home has Four Beds and Two Baths which sleeps 8 easily. You can step outside the bottom floor right onto the sand. Wake up to an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the lapping of the waves only a few yards from your bedroom. Kick back in your beach chair using our Wireless Broadband while your children play in the gentle surf. BBQ on the beach just steps from the door with your wife and children gazing lovingly at you.

The Dolphin Den is a uniquely hand crafted home that is constantly being upgraded. The walls are hand plastered with custom Teak cabinets, Teak furniture, Granite counter tops, and heated floors. The house is full of dolphin sculptures, ocean paintings, antique surfboards, pottery, surf art and a vintage coral collection. Each floor has sweeping beach views and new Hi Definition Plasma Televisions. The kitchen has two new full-size fridge and freezer units and a new stainless oven, stove and microwave.

SUMMER 2009 RATES:

• June 12- June 30, 2009- $600 Per night (Plus 10% Santa Barbara County bed tax).
