1558 Miramar Beach Rental Terms and Booking Procedure
All rentals have an additional charge for cleaning, which is $250 for the entire house.
The cleaning deposit is non-refundable and due at time of rental.
All utilities, WIreless Broadband Internet, Vonage Worldwide free phone calls and Premium Cable TV included.
No smoking inside house. BBQ on beach only. No pets on the premises .
Check-in time for weekly rentals is 4 P.M. and check-out time is 11 A.M. unless special arrangements are made in advance.

1. After you have checked the calendar and determined that the dates you want are available, please contact Greg Huglin via the Contact Page to MAKE SURE that those dates are still available.
Once you and Greg have agreed to and confirmed the terms of your rental, then you will be able to charge your rental deposit to either a Visa or Mastercard on our secure server on this site. Make a payment here.
2. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 (which is credited to your rental fee) holds your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your check-in date or within 5 days of making your reservation, whichever is sooner.
3. Please download a rental lease before you make your reservation. Please read it before making your reservation. The signed original of the contract is due with your rental reservation deposit of $1,000.00. Please send the signed original by mail to:
Greg Huglin 1558 Miramar BeachSanta Barbara, California 931084. A refundable damage deposit of $2,000 is due when you pay your rental fee. Normal wear and tear is expected but damage is not.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation will be accepted within the last 30 days before arrival. Any approved cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee as follows: 75% of rent if between 31 and 60 days before arrival. 50% of rent if between 61 and 90 days before arrival. 25% of rent if more than 90 days before arrival.
